 Remember the day you used to just talk to the bar tender? ... There was a time, not so long ago, that when you had a bad day or had just had some bad service from a company that you would call into your local and get it off your chest in response to the question " So, how's your day been?" Well, those days are long gone!

It's widely recognised that when we have a bad experience with a company we usually go out of our way to tell people about it - our family, work colleagues, friends and whoever else will listen! Social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter are now allowing YOUR customers to tell many more people with wild fire speed the same news we used to just tell verbally.

Now, if a person has a bad experience with your company, a click of a mouse can tell literally hundreds of people. Right now as you read this, people (potential customers and/or exisiting customers) could be talking about you - and if they are not specifically talking about your company then they are certainly talking about WHAT YOUR COMPANY DOES!

How many of you would say "No, I'm too busy?"

Well, that conference room is called Facebook and is in the Internet Hotel and may businesses have said "Yes, thanks!" and are joining in the conversation. Question is have you?"
